3. Scope of Services & Deliverables

I provide custom software development services, including business website development, full-stack web applications, college project development, and artificial intelligence integration.

• Quotes & Scopes: Project cost and timeline estimates provided through inquiries are subject to change depending on finalized technical specifications and agreed-upon requirements.
• Handovers & Ownership: Full ownership of custom-developed codebase and documentation is transferred to the client only upon complete settlement of the invoice and payments agreed in the service contract.
• Academic Projects: For college/academic project assistance, I deliver working applications along with structural documentation (SRS, flowcharts, schemas). While I design deliverables to satisfy standard evaluation frameworks, the final grade remains the responsibility of the student.

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Website for any purpose other than that for which I make the Website available. Prohibited activity includes:

• Systematic retrieval of data or other content from the Website to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from me.
• Circumventing, disabling, or otherwise interfering with security-related features of the Website.
• Using the Website in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations.
• Injecting scripts, spamming contact forms, or attempting to introduce malware to the host server.

5. Limitation of Liability
