Full-featured hiring portal designed for screening candidates, including aptitude tests, resume parsing, and AI-led simulated video interviews.
I developed this project independently from end to end. My work included requirement analysis, feature planning, UI/UX design, frontend development, backend development, database design, third-party integrations, testing, deployment and documentation.

Technology Stack
Automated Recruitment Pipeline
Resume Parsing
Candidates upload their PDF resumes. The system uses the Gemini API to extract key skills, education, and experience, automatically scoring the resume against the job description.
Aptitude Testing
Candidates take a timed, multi-section aptitude test. The system logs their scores and automatically shortlists candidates who pass the threshold.
AI Video Interviews
Shortlisted candidates participate in an asynchronous video interview where the Gemini API analyzes their transcriptions to evaluate communication skills and technical knowledge.
Recruiter Dashboard
The platform provides HR teams with a centralized dashboard to manage the entire hiring lifecycle without manual intervention.
